1) The player.prc application cannot be installed on an extended memory card
or springboard module.

2) The upgrade should be seamless. However, if you encounter a problem,
delete Player using delete under the file menu in applications (do not use a
third party utility). Then hotsync the new version of Player again (if you
are registered, you will need to enter your authorization code again). This
should fix any upgrade problems.

Version 2.1
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Improvements:
-Added support for Palm OS 5, including special modifications to support the
 Tungsten T.

-Added the capability to play songs using the monophonic internal speaker. It
always plays the highest note, which usually corresponds to the melody.

-Added support for BeatPlus module and Sony internal synthesizer chip.

-Added limited color support (The icon, battery indicator, play, pause, and stop buttons).

-Improved efficiency of THRU.

-Improved accessing of the memory card, so that we retry when an attempt
 to read the card fails.

-Improved behavior when a channel is muted, so that no data is sent on that
 channel.

Bug Fixes:
-Fixed a crash on some non-English ROM versions.

-Controller bug fix.

-Fixed several looping issues.

-Fixed a bug that would cause a very long song (over 70 minutes) to crash.

-Fixed glitches when changing the volume during play.

-Fixed intermittent display bug when starting to play.

-Eliminated some special cases that could cause a book to get out of sync with
 its playlist.

-Fixed a benign error with the auto-numbering of duplicate songs.

-Eliminated a display artifact when starting up on a high-resolution screen.

-Fixed a problem that tried to load a song that was no longer there when
 starting up.

-Fixed a problem with songs that had one-character names.

Known Issues:
-On the PC, if a type 1 MIDI file is put directly in a book directory (not
using Songloader), the loader will not convert it to type 0 before loading
the book. This will result in an unusable file. To prevent this, please
always use the loader program to add songs to a book.

-The four hardware launch buttons are not overridden on certain screens, such
 as help screens.
